THE CAST

 Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor) ~ 

     The main character of the story and supposedly the narrator. He was born on May 25, 1978 in Ohio. Graduate of Wesleyan University and later in the show becomes an architect. After two of his friends, Lily and Marshall, get engaged, he decides to try and find a partner of his own. He supposedly gets married on the show on the year 2015.                                           Barney Stinson (Neil Patrick Harris) ~ 

     One of the main characters (obviously) of How I Met Your Mother. He's awesome. Trust me. Anyway, he starts off as a womanizer, creating strategies and rules about meeting women, sleeping with them and later on, discarding them. But later on, on the show signs have proven he is in fact attracted to one of his best friends, Robin (who Ted also liked). Lily Aldrin (Alyson Hannigan) ~ 
      A new York-er, like Ted, as I'vet's married to Marshall later on. Lily is portrayed as the most emotionally- inclined person of them all. She is rarely impressed by Barney's antics and shows a consistent and strong dislike for people who don't stay true to themselves (esp. Corporate Marshall).
